August 10, 2009 -Sterling Heights Library

Wow, That was an exciting event. With the storms the night before many in Sterling Heights had no power. Even our home was out of power. Not fun! The good new is that the Library did and our event wasn't cancelled! It was nice to take a break and get some air conditioning at the Library. We enjoyed seeing the many families there who had no power. I got petted a lot and even got my photo taken for the Sentry Newspaper. Jane Porter from Leader Dogs For The Blind visited along with one of my leader dog friend.
